Promotion period and eligibility
Please note that Medal Mountain, The Retailer Games, is a Retailer Promotion, with all employees working together. There is no individual employee element to this Promotion.
Medals are awarded to Retailers based on Retailers achieving their personal targets for the relevant Volkswagen Aftersales Parts during the promotional period from 02.02.2026 to 28.02.2026.
All relevant sales, based on the Medal Mountain Framework, made between 07:00 Monday and 20:00 Sunday each week during the promotional period will be valid. The promotion resets at 07:00 each Monday.
No action is required from The Retailers, medals will be award through Retailer sales data from Catalyst for Aftersales data. Participants may be contacted for further information if required to validate an invoice.
The promotion is open to participants from One Aftersales brands only. Audi is excluded.
Medal Mountain Framework
Retailers are awarded medal based on meeting or exceeding volume of parts sold for the products included within this promotion. Volume required per Retailer changes on a weekly basis, based on February 2025 performance.
- Bronze medal is allocated when a Retailer meets between 90-94% of their target. Bronze medals are worth 3 points.
- Silver medal is allocated when a Retailer meets between 95%-99% of their target. Silver medals are worth 5 points.
- Gold medal is allocated when a Retailer hits 100% and over of their target. Gold medals are worth 10 points.
Each week, a Medal Mountain Leaderboard on Mondays at 10am will be uploaded to the Medal Mountain webpage, with email communications going out to those who have registered to receive them. More than one employee at a Retailer can be registered to receive the Promotional email communications.
The first Medal Mountain Leaderboard will go live on the 09.02.2026.
Bonus Challenges
Each week during the Promotional Period, there will be a Bonus Challenge for Retailers to participate in to earn more medals.
Bonus challenge one goes live on 02.02.2026 until 7pm on 06.02.2026. Retailers are required to submit a photo of their staff members posing as if on a podium.
Bonus challenge two goes live on 09.02.2026 until 7pm on 13.02.2026. Retailers are required to submit a photo of their staff members recreating the Olympic rings symbols with other objects.
Bonus challenge three goes live on 16.02.2026 until 7pm on 20.02.2026. Retailers are required to submit a photo of their staff members passing a 'torch' around different departments.
Bonus challenge four goes live on 23.02.2026 until 7pm on 27.02.2026. Retailers are required to submit a video of their staff members skating gently around their Retailer.
Submissions for Bonus Challenges are to be made to oneaftersales@waachosen.co.uk within the weekly time frame. The email must include the Retailer name the submission is for.
One Bonus Challenge submission per Retailer is to be made. This can be from any employee from the Retailer. Any subsequent submissions from that Retailer will not be valid.
Prizes and redemption
There are three prizes to be won, first, second, and third place, across the whole One Aftersales retailer network.
Medals will be worth a points value, with the top three points total will be awarded first, second and third place prizes.
Winners will be announced and contacted via email on the 02.03.2026 and will have one week from receipt of that email to reply to accept their prize. Failure to do accept a prize within the time frame, may result in it being awarded to the next placed Retailer. If a prize remains unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the participant, the Promoter reserves the right to dispose of the prize without liability.
First Place Prize – A food truck to visit your dealership. Redeemable Monday – Thursday on a day to suit. Max 40 portions of food.
Second Place Prize - £200 food voucher or a food outlet of your choosing.
Third Place Prize - £100 food voucher or a food outlet of your choosing.
Prize fulfilment will be managed by WAA Chosen.
Second and Third Place Prizes will consist of a digital voucher code and will be distributed via email only. No alternative prize formats are available.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal value should circumstances beyond its control require.
General terms
The promotion is not open to employees of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, its agents or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. Employees of independently franchised Volkswagen Group retailers may participate.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant it believes is acting contrary to the spirit of the promotion or engaging in unfair or improper conduct.
Participants may withdraw from the promotion at any time by submitting a written request to the Promoter.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or rendered invalid due to incorrect participant information, network failure or any technical issue beyond its reasonable control.
Participants must provide a valid email address and/or contact telephone number. These details will be used solely for administration of the promotion and prize fulfilment and will be retained only for a reasonable period.
In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and any other promotional material, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
Promoter

This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Privacy Policy
Your personal data will be held by Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited (the "Promoter") and used only for the purpose of administering the competition in accordance with the competition Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are the legal basis for the Promoter's processing. If you do not provide your personal data, the Promote cannot process your competition entry and cannot notify you if you are successful.
If you are not successful in winning the competition, the Promoter will delete your information promptly after the incentive has finished. If you are successful, then the Promoter will delete your information after administration of prizes and related activities.
The Promoter will not disclose or share your information with any third party other than those who are engaged by the Promoter to administer the competition. Your information may be sent to countries outside of the European Economic Area where the Promoter's (or its third parties') processing equipment is located in another country but the Promoter ensures that any transfer happens in accordance with the law.
Entrants have various rights with regard to their personal data which the Promoter holds about them:
- (a) a right to request a copy of that information;
- (b) a right to require that the Promoter erases your information (but note that this will automatically remove your entry from the competition); and
- (c) a right to amend your information.
To exercise any of these rights, please write to the Legal Department, Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, Yeomans Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, MK14 5AN. You will need to make your request in writing, specifying the action that you want the Promoter to take and enclose proof of your identity.
If you believe that the Promoter is not treating your personal data in accordance with the law, you have a right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office. You can find more details at their website https://ico.org.uk/.
